  • What if I've already completed some of the business launch steps?
    This is a complete launch system that assures nothing is missed and your launch will be successful. Even if some of the steps have been completed, we will still review to cover any gaps and to also ensure our design can be easily integrated into our service.
  • How long is the Luxx Launch Pad Intensive?
    Since this is a total foundation to finish experience, 12-16 weeks is needed. Every business is different and we create custom packages depending on the needs of the business and owner.
  • Will I receive support after my launch?
    Absolutely! Our Luxx Launch Pad Intensive clients have support and access to us for 30 days after their launch. We also provide up to 10 days of support and access for other services. Feel free to reach out to us at info@luxxlaunch.com if you have questions.
  • What services do you provide?
    We specialize in business startup, website design, brand photography, consulting, systems automation, website maintenance, content creation, business funding. (Please note: We are unable to offer services to hair and beauty brands.)
  • Do you create logos?
    Logo services are only included in our Luxx Launch Pad Intensive service.
  • How soon can you start on my project?
    Upon approval, your project beings once you have completed your questionnaire(s), completed your onboarding, signed your contract, provided all necessary material, paid for your deposit, and completed your discovery call. Be advised your questionnaire (s) must be completed ENTIRELY, all content/copy must be submitted, and onboarding must be complete before we can start your project. We do not do freestyles or guesswork. You must have a vision and inspiration for us to execute a design that will fit your business.
  • Do you travel?
    We primarily service the state of Texas within a 40 mile radius of the Dallas Fort-Worth area. We are available to travel depending on the location and availability. A travel fee will be charged for projects that require travel outside of that.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Turnaround times vary from project to project. PHOTOGRAPHY: Raw images are uploaded to your online gallery 5-7 days after your session. Retouched/Edited images are available in 2-3 weeks post session. WEB DESIGN: Website services can take 6-12 weeks depending on the size of the project and client's completion of tasks. Luxx Launch Intensive: This is a 16 week intensive which requires active participation and collaboration. The total projected completion can be 12-16 weeks. Additionally, keep in mind that revisions, incomplete forms/requests, lack of timely communication and return of content needed can prolong the estimated turnaround times given at the time of inquiry. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide rush order service. We believe every great design needs its proper research and time.
  • Can I rush my project?
    Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide rush order service. We believe every great design needs its proper research and time.
  • What if I need to cancel my project?
    We would hate to see you leave, but if you need to cancel your project, please send us an official notice of cancellation to contact@luxxelaunch.com. Due to the custom nature of our services, we CANNOT issue a refund. If your project is incomplete, you will not be required to pay the full remaining balance of your project. However, if your project is complete, you will be billed according to the payment details listed on the legal binding contract in which you signed prior to the start of your project. Clients that cancel prior to the start of service may receive a 60 day credit equal to the amount of their deposit for desired services if they choose not to begin on the original date. Any timeframe after 60 days from the dated invoice becomes forfeited. If you choose to reactivate your order after 60 days, a 30% interest fee will be added to your remaining balance which must be paid before we can continue services.
  • I don't have all of my content ready to submit for my project.
    If necessary content and documentation are not provided to Luxx Launch within 15 days (including holidays + weekends) of acceptance, or we lose communication with you for 15 days, 2 attempts will be made to reach you. If attempts are failed, the project will be subject to forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued. Please be aware, your project will be subject to our abandonment policy. If you choose to resume your project, a 30% interest fee will be added to your project and must be paid prior to resuming services (only applies to projects not classified as abandoned). Please keep in mind, your payment is still due regardless of readiness and must be paid on the agreed upon date that is listed in the legally binding contract that was signed and agreed upon when you initially booked our services. If you default on paying your balance on the due date your project will be placed on hold and you will be charged an additional 30% interest fee which must be paid prior to resuming service.
  • What if I need a revision?
    For website design, there is a limit of 2 revisions. Any additional revision beyond this limit will be an additional charge of $150. Revisions can take 7-14 business days to complete.
  • How do you deliver proofs and final files?
    No final artwork or files without watermarking will be delivered until final invoices are paid in full. Draft files (revision files, premium paid fonts and themes, .PSDS) remain the property of Luxx Launch. Once artwork is complete and approved, all files will be emailed to client within 72 hours of final agreement. Client has the right to own the following files given upon completion: JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS/PSD (upon request and additional fees).
  • What are your content and image requirements?
    Content/Copyright All client content and images for any project shall be completed via our website questionnaire form. Luxx Launch is not responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, explicit language or missing information that was not originally given during initial content email. If for any reason additional data entry is needed and client does not have content, Luxx Launch cannot go further until received. Image Quality Luxx Launch has the right to decline any project that does not provide the appropriate professional photography or images needed to create a visually appealing brand identity. All clients must have high quality images ready for branding usage. If for any reason client does not have professional photos, we can provide high quality stock images for your company for an additional cost.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Due to the nature our services, we do not refund under any circumstance. All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Clients that cancel may receive a 60-day credit equal to the amount of their deposit for desired services if they choose not to begin on the original date. Any timeframe after 60 days from the dated invoice becomes forfeited. If you choose to reactivate your order after a 60-day timeframe, a 30% interest fee will be added to your remaining balance which must be paid before we can continue services. All sales are final. Buyer's remorse is not our responsibility. Please be sure that you want to work with us prior to utilizing our services. All digital files are non-refundable.
  • Can I view my project before it's completed?
    Upone completion, you will recieve a link or proofs of your project. At that time, you will be able to make revisions or approve your design(s).
  • What payment methods do you accept and what are your payment policies?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards. Deposits are required for all services. Some of our services have payment plan options. Deposits must be paid before the start of service.
  • How much is the investment?
    Your investment cost will vary depending on the service that you choose.   • How much is the deposit?

  • What happens if I stop communicating or responding?
    If necessary content and documentation are not provided to Luxx Launch within 15 days (including holidays + weekends) of acceptance, or we lose communication with you for 15 days, 2 attempt will be made to reach you. If attempts are failed, the project will be subject to forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued. Unfortunately, when you abandon your project, you breach the terms of the agreement. If you choose to resume your project, a 30% interest fee will be added to your project and must be paid prior to re-starting services.
  • How do we communicate?
    Our primary source of communication is via your client portal and email. It is important to protect our brand and you, the client, by having written documented communication at all times to ensure both parties are still in agreement and there are no misunderstandings. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team, if for any reason you have no response within that time frame please resend your email or contact via phone. We do not respond to any clients after business hours. If you would like to communicate via phone, that option is available upon request and will need to be scheduled.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our hours are Monday - Friday - 10am to 5pm CST. We do not operate during weekends or holidays. During our business hours, we can be reached via email at info@luxxlaunch.com. We typically respond to emails/requests within 24-48 business hours.
  • Will I get to keep all of my photos?
    Yes. You will be able to view all of your portraits in your online gallery.
  • How many retouched images are included?
    Each package comes with retouched images. The Startup package includes 10 edited images. The Growth package includes 15 edited images. The Scale package includes 20 edited images.
  • How much are additional retouched images?
    Each additional edit is $15.
  • What is the turnaround time?
    Raw images are uploaded to your online gallery 5-7 business days after your session. The turnaround time for edited images are 2-3 weeks after you session. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide rush order service. We believe every great design needs its proper research and time.
  • Who can I bring to my photoshoot?
    We ask that you limit your guest to 1 person. We can accommodate more, but we will need to approve first. You can also bring a makeup, fashion, and hair stylist as well to ensure your session goes smoothly.
  • Can I choose my shoot location?
    Absolutely. We can travel up to 40 miles within the DFW metroplex. Please include this information when prompted at the time of booking.
  • Is there a cancelation/rescheduling policy?
    If you need to reschedule your session, we will apply your deposit and all monies paid to your next session and you have 60 to reschedule. If you need to reschedule again, you will be required to pay a $150 rescheduling fee. A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking which reserves your spot on our calendar. Should you need to cancel this deposit will not be refundable due to the nature of this service.
  • How much is the investment?
    Our branding photography services start at $750.
  • Can I rush my order?

  • Where can I use my images?
    Your images come with non-exclusive, promotional and digital image usage rights. This license gives you the ability to use your images in any digital medium including, but not limited to: online, social media, print material (including banners, promotional posters , and leaflets) websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and online ads. Third party use is prohibited.
  • What website platforms do you work with?
    We work with Wix & Shopify.
  • What type of websites do you build?

  • How much is the investment?

  • I have a website already, but I need it updated.
    Unfortunately, at this time, we DO NOT go over any design or development work that wasn’t done by us due to certain ownership/copyright conflicts. If you currently have a website, you will need to have it completely redone by our company.

    Additional fees may be applicable for additional pages, stock images, e-commerce product uploads, or domain and hosting fees. You will be advised of any additional costs before the start of project.
